Fluid Friday – Be Water my Friend

Hello Readers, and welcome to Fluid Friday.

I’ve decided, in the interest of sharing all of the wonderful little links that I find on the topic of water and fluidity, to share a little snippet with you to end the week. The goal is to share all of the beautiful and wonderful videos and images of the wonderous worlds of water that surround us. If you have any requests, do let me know. I’m happy to share!

My inaugural Fluid Friday offering, for those of you who haven’t seen it, is a video of Bruce Lee being interviewed.

For those of you who aren’t aware, Lee was quite a philosopher as well as a martial artist and film star. He was also, to link martial arts to academic practice, a true¬†multi-disciplinarian. Despite being trained primarily in Wing Chun kung fu, he refused to be restricted to one system, expanding his expertise into a truly flexible and powerful hybridity. So be water my friend, and flow through new and unexpected channels. Learn when to glide, and when to strike.

More Fluid Friday soon!

Best,

James
